The Tour Edge Exotics XCG-V fairway wood features a combo-brazing club head constructed of a titanium cup face, ultra light magnesium crown, and a V-shaped high density steel sole. The V-shaped high density steel sole is engineered to place 60% of the clubhead’s weight below the ball. An ultra light magnesium crown allows for the shifting of weight lower and creates a deeper Center of Gravity (CG) resulting in more forgiveness. Additionally, a 25% larger cup face engineering advancement results in a 30% larger hot zone for more power on off-center hits.
