7 Day Trial

2nd Swing offers a unique 7 day trial period for used items sold on 2ndswing.com. This givescustomers the ability to test out items that they have purchased, and if unhappy with the resultssimply send the items back for a refund in the amount of the purchase price of the items.

• All items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the items
• 2nd Swing reserves the right to reduce the refund price if the item is not in the samecondition as when it was purchased
• All original paperwork must be included in the return package
• Refunds will be issued via the payment method used to purchase
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer when returning items under the 7day trial period.

30 Day Buy Back Guarantee

2nd Swing also offers a buy back guarantee for items purchased on 2ndswing.com. This offersyou more opportunity to use the items that were purchased from us. Any items returned afterthe 7 day trial period and within 30 days of receipt are eligible for 75% money back. If you areunhappy with the purchase, simply send it back to us and you will receive 75% of the purchaseprice of the items back in a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer whenreturning items under 30 day buy back guarantee.

Returns After 30 Days

Items that are not sent back within 30 days of receipt are no longer eligible for return. However,you can sell or trade these items back to us for our current listed trade or sell values.

New Product Returns

Unused new products returned within 7 days of receipt are eligible for a full purchase pricerefund. Unused new products returned after the 7 day trial period, but within 30 days, will becharged a 10% restocking fee.

Any new products that have been used or are not returned in their original packaging will becharged a 25% restocking fee, regardless of the timeframe in which they are returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If any items are broken while in transit to you or if we ship the incorrect item, please notifyus right away. We will refund you in full and provide you a return shipping label or the returnshipping cost to have the item sent back to us.

Cancelled Orders

All orders that are cancelled prior to the shipment being sent out will be charged a 10%cancellation fee.
