Our policies for 2ndswing.com sales or phone sales do differ from our in store policies. If you have questions regarding store policies for our retail stores please feel free to contact the nearest retail location.
RETURNS POLICY
The new 2nd Swing offers a unique 7 day trial period for all items sold on 2ndswing.com. Take the items out that are purchased, and if unhappy with the results simply send the items back for a full refund.
- All items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the items.
- The new 2nd Swing reserves the right to reduce the refund price if the item is not in the same condition as when it was purchased.
- All original paper work must be included in the return box.
- Refunds will be sent back VIA the payment that was sent to us.
- Return shipping costs are not refundable.
The new 2nd Swing also offers the buy back guarantee. This offers you more opportunity to play the items that were purchased from us. Within 30 days of purchase if you are unhappy with the purchase feel free to send it back to us and receive 75% money back!
If any items are broken while in transit to you, or if we ship the incorrect item please notify us right away. We will refund your refund you the return shipping cost to have the item sent back to us.
Cancelled Orders
All orders that are cancelled prior to the shipment being sent out will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. .
SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday; all orders will ship within 48 business hours of payment. We do not ship on national holidays and weekends. All items that are shipped at the ground level will be shipped either with FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Orders that require expedited services need to have payment received on that day prior to 11AM CST in order for that item to be shipped the same business day.
Ground Shipping
FedEx Ground (Golf Clubs, Golf Bags & Shoes)
All golf clubs, bags & shoes will be sent VIA FedEx Ground (unless an expedited shipping option is selected). Shipping will take 2-6 business days depending on your location, along with up to 48 hours on handling time. All items shipments will have a tracking number emailed to you by FedEx. If you have not received your items after the 7th business day, please email us at 2ndswing@gmail.com and we will inquire with FedEx. Please not that if a PO Box is your requested shipping address, the item will be sent USPS Priority Mail as FedEx will not delivery to PO Boxes, these items will not be trackable
USPS First Class Mail (Headcovers & GPS Units)
All smaller accessories (Headcovers, GPS Units) will be sent VIA USPS Prioroty Mail. These items will not have a tracking number available, and will not be trackable by 2nd Swing. If you have not received your item by the 7th business day, please email us at 2ndswing@gmail.com and we will inquire with USPS.
Alaska , Hawaii, Puerto Rico
All shipments to AK, HI and PR are sent via USPS service. We do not offer a FedEx Ground shipping options to these locations. Any expedited shipping options (2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) will be sent VIA FedEx. When checking out, please select the FedEx Ground as the shipping option, as this will be the proper charge to ship to your location, just note that it will actually be sent via USPS

In addition to our FedEx Ground option, for those who would like their equipment faster we offer Expedited options from FedEx.
FedEx 2nd Day Air - Delivered by the end of the day on the second business day
*Please note all expedited service orders must be paid for before 11:00am CST in order for that shipment to be processed that same day. Otherwise, the order will ship the following business day.
FedEx Next Day Air - Delivered by the end of the next business day

Local Pick Up
All items are available for local pick up at the location which is stated within the description of the item. Please note that all items that are picked up locally will be required to pay sales tax on the items that are purchased.

International Shipments
Canada Shipments
To Canada we ship exclusively with the FedEx International Economy shipping option as this is the least expensive option with FedEx to Canada. Each item will have additional costs for duties and taxes. Please note that all Canadian shipments are subject to Canadian Sales Tax (both Federal (GST) and Provincial (PST or QST). Please contact your local customs office for more details. These taxes are paid by FedEx and the customer must reimburse FedEx for these charges upon delivery. We cannot change amounts for declared value. The declared value will equal the purchase price. We also cannot, and will not declare the item as a gift.

International Shipping
We ship all international packages with FedEx with their FedEx International Economy service. For security purposes for you the customer and on our end we want to make sure that the package arrives properly which is why we make all packages trackable. We have classified international shipments into two zones. If your country is not in one of the two zones we are unable to ship to your location currently. When going through the checkout process, please make sure the select the proper zone otherwise your order will not be shipped. Insurance is required on all packages sent internationally. All shipments outside the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, import and other fees. Any additional such charges levied on shipments are the responsibility of the buyer, not 2nd Swing. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office. These fees are prepaid by FedEx upon clearing customs and the customer must reimburse UPS when the shipment is delivered. Please note that all shipments outside the United States are subject to inspection by customs and border security authorities. All items will have a declared value for the price that it sells for. Also, the description of goods will be as the item is, not declared as a gift.

TERMS OF SALE
We work very hard to ensure that we accurately describe our equipment and provide enough pictures to fully represent the condition of the clubs. If you feel that the item you purchased was not in the condition described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a return. Item need to be in the same condition as when delivered. After 7 days the sale is complete.
If you need to make a return, you MUST email 2ndswing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
All returns regarding condition are the buyers responsibility to cover return shipping costs. If a club is damaged during shipping or the wrong item is shipped contact us at the email address above for further information.
All international shipments are sold "as is", we are unable to take returns from these sales
