Returns and Exchanges
2nd Swing offers a unique 7 day trial period for all items sold on 2ndswing.com. Take the items out that are purchased, and if unhappy with the results simply send the items back for a full refund of the price of the club. Please note that items in "New" or "Mint" condition are not eligible for this policy.
- All items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item.
- All items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received. 2nd Swing reserves the right to reduce the refund price if the item is not sent back in the same condition in which it was purchased.
- Refunds will be issued via the payment method that was used for purchase.
- The original shipping cost paid at time of purchase and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.
- If you receive an item that is broken due to shipment, please contact us immediately to arrange for a specialized return.
2nd Swing also offers a 30 day play guarantee. This offers you the opportunity to play the item that you purchased for an extended period of time. If you would like to return an item after the 7 day trial period has ended, but within 30 days of receiving the item you can send the item back to us and receive 75% of your purchase price back.

*We ask that you please include a note or explanation stating the reason for the exchange. If you are setting up an exchange with an item that we have in stock, please include a SKU number for that item. Please note that the item you are exchanging for may sell online. Please call the service team for more information regarding this process.
New Product Orders
All new product orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped through FedEx Ground. Some new product orders may be placed through manufacturers and therefore can take up to 10 business days to fulfill. Please take note of this when selecting your shipping option.
*Free shipping is not available on any new Ping products.
All orders that are cancelled prior to the shipment being sent out will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
Headcovers, Tools and Accessories
Club headcovers, tools, wrenches, weights or any other accessories are not included with the club unless shown in the pictures or listed in the notes section.
We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday; all orders will ship within 48 business hours of payment. We do not ship on national holidays and weekends. All items that are shipped at the ground level will be shipped either with FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Orders that require expedited services need to have payment received on that day prior to 11AM CST in order for that item to be shipped the same business day.
Local Pick Up
While checking out please select either the Minneapolis or Minnetonka location for local pickup. Please allow for up to 48 hours for order processing. We will contact you when the item is available for pickup. Purchase receipt must be presented at time of pickup.
All international shipments are sold "as is", we are unable to take returns from these sales.
