Callaway X Utility Prototype Hybrid

The Callaway X Utility Prototype hybrid was made as versatile option that can bridge the gap between long irons and woods for better players. These Callaway hybrids have a good amount of forgiveness, but are also very workable and have a sole designed for creative shotmaking. The forged body and maraging steel face provide a combination of ball speed and improved feel that gives players the confidence to make shots from anywhere on the course. Roger Cleveland SoleCallaway’s guru of club design crafted this utility club to slice through tough lies and produce a higher launch trajectory. Low Center of GravityThe weighting of these clubs is low and deep in the clubhead, promoting more forgiveness and high launch angles for soft-landing approaches. Forged Feel and SoundThe incredible soft and responsive feel of the X Utility Prototype is due to the forged 1020 carbon steel and tungsten construction. Fitting MessageCallaway hybrids are designed for distance, but it’s important to know what distances your game needs. In order to ensure you’ve got the right club for any shot you may encounter, our fitting experts can help you choose the right hybrid. Trained in Callaway products and custom club fitting, our experts use some of the top technology in the industry to analyze your swing characteristics while working with you to identify the distance gaps between your driver or fairway woods and the longest iron you hit consistently. With that information we can help you choose the right Callaway hybrid for your swing and your game.
