The Callaway X-16 Pro Series irons are made to appeal more toward the skilled golfer with thinner toplines and less offset compared to the standard X-16's. The main feature of these irons is the notch weighting design that moves weight out of the center of the club, pushing it to the heel and toe for increased stability at impact. This increased Moment of Inertia allows shots struck off-center to keep their line and retain ball speed for distance. The Center of Gravity in the Pro irons is more neutral to allow players the ability to work the ball in either direction with a lower shot trajectory.
