The Tech Story

The PING Blueprint irons are a shot-maker’s design engineered for elite ball strikers searching for more control over their ball flight. PING spent extensive time performing research and consulting with its staff of Tour professionals to develop each element of the Blueprint irons. Each iron has been completely forged from 8620 carbon steel, resulting in exceptional feel and workability. To provide the clean, small profile at address, PING developed the heads with shorter blade lengths and narrower sole lengths than any of its previous iron sets. The face contains machined grooves for added spin and control. In terms of appearance, the Blueprint irons feature a beautiful hydropearl 2.0 chrome finish that is pleasing to the eye.
