In 2006, a small team of individuals set out to buy, sell and trade golf clubs. During Masters week of 2007, that became a reality when 2nd Swing Golf opened its doors for business in Minnesota. While the industry has changed plenty since 2007, our mission has not. We strive to provide the best possible experience for golfers through excellent customer service, the largest selection of new and pre-swung golf clubs and award-winning custom fitting services.
Originally based in Minneapolis with two stores in the Twin Cities area, we have since expanded to three different markets across the United States. Scottsdale, Arizona in February 2015. Wilmington, Delaware in 2017 and most recently our store in Columbia, Maryland in 2019.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Sales Associate
2nd Swing is looking for a few high-energy and experienced Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a very good understanding and passion for the game of golf. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of sales experience (preferably within a retail environment) including golf equipment and technical knowledge. We hire highly-skilled professionals who strive to give all customers a great experience. We have a culture of working hard, while having fun and believe our employees should maintain a good work-life balance.
The right candidate will be able to work at least 30 hours a week. Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and evenings. Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications.
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated customer-centric superior sales skills
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to build rapport with a variety of customers and fellow employees
- Ability to work smart by setting goals, establishing priorities and planning well, in order to produce quality work
- Above average knowledge of current issue golf equipment

Master Club Fitter
2nd Swing is looking for an experienced Golf Club Fitting Professional for multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for the game of golf and looking to pursue a career in the golf business.
Key Functions, Responsibilities and Tasks
- Share product knowledge with customers while making personal recommendations based on talent and skill level
- Work one-on-one with the customer to ensure a positive club fitting experience
- Ensure each customer receives exceptional service leading to maximized sales by finding the right products, providing creative solutions and resulting in dramatically improved performance
- Work as a team member to provide the highest level of service to customers
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Online Fitting & Support Representative
2nd Swing is looking for an Online Fitting and Support Representative to join our team. We hire highly-skilled professionals who strive to give all customers a great experience. We have a culture of working hard, while having fun.
The Fitting & Support team work hard to offer excellent customer service to all 2nd Swing customers, playing an important role in helping to achieve our mission of Best in Class Service. Online Fitting & Support Representatives play an integral role at 2nd Swing because of their ability to positively impact a very large number of customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a very good understanding and passion for the game of golf. Successful customer relationship and call center experience is a plus. A positive attitude, high energy and dedication to professionalism are the mark of an ideal candidate. Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills and the desire to learn are essential.

- Engaging current customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
- Responding to customer requests via telephone, email and online chat
- Greeting customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for contact
- Maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Maintain knowledge of products, prices, delivery times, promotions and similar data
- Assist with placement of orders, returns, exchanges and refunds

Club Repair Technician
We have immediate openings for full-time, part-time or seasonal golf club technicians to perform golf club repairs and modifications. Basic club repair experience is necessary for this role. Experience with re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments and other related services is a plus. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and a passion for the game.
