We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. All orders will ship within 48 business hours of payment. We do not ship on national holidays or weekends. All items that are shipped at the ground level will be shipped through FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Orders that require expedited services need to have payment received on that day, prior to 11AM CST, in order for the order to be shipped on the same business day.
All golf clubs, bags, and shoes will be sent via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail (unless an expedited shipping option is selected). Shipping will take 2-6 business days depending on your location with up to 48 hours on handling time. All shipments will have tracking information sent to you by email. If you have not received your items after the seventh business day, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inquire with the carrier on your behalf. Please note, if a PO Box is your requested shipping address, the order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. FedEx will not delivery to PO Boxes. These items will have tracking information available.
All smaller accessories (headcovers, GPS units) will be sent via USPS First Class Mail. These items will not have tracking information available. If you have not received your item by the seventh business day, please email us at email@example.com and we will inquire with USPS.
All shipments to AK, HI, and PR are sent via USPS. We do not offer FedEx Ground shipping options to these locations. Any expedited shipping option (2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) will be sent via FedEx. When checking out, please select 'FedEx Ground' as the shipping option as this will equal the proper shipping charge to ship to your location; just remember that it will be sent via USPS.
In addition to our FedEx Ground option, we offer expedited options from FedEx: If you are concerned about receiving your order by a certain date, we suggest you call us at (612) 216-4152. FedEx does not count Saturday or Sunday as delivery days. Thus 2-Day on Thursday gets delivered on Monday, and Overnight on Friday gets delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee, please call us to request this option.
*Please note all expedited service orders must be paid in full before 11:00am CST in order for that shipment to be processed on the same day. If not fully paid, the order will ship on the following business day.
While checking out please select either the Minneapolis or Minnetonka location for local pickup. Please allow for up to 48 hours for order processing. We will contact you when the item is available for pickup. Purchase receipt must be presented at time of pickup.
All new product orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped through FedEx Ground. Some new product orders may be placed through manufacturers and therefore can take up to 10 business days to fulfill. Please take note of this when selecting your shipping option.

When purchasing multiple items, the shipping will be calculated using the shipping rate for the item with the highest shipping rate (example: If you purchase a golf bag, a used golf club and a headcover the domestic shipping would be calculated at the golf bag shipping rate of $19.99).
We ship primarily with the FedEx International Economy shipping to Canada. This is the least expensive option with FedEx to ship to Canada. Each item will have additional costs for duties and taxes. Please note that all Canadian shipments are subject to Canadian Sales Tax (both Federal (GST) and Provincial (PST or QST). Contact your local customs office for more details. The taxes are initially paid for by FedEx. The customer must reimburse FedEx for these charges upon delivery. We cannot change amounts for declared value. The declared value will equal the purchase price. We also cannot, and will not, declare the item as a gift.
We recommend selecting FedEx for International Orders. We have USPS options available. For security purposes, we want to make sure the package arrives properly and therefore, we make all packages trackable. We have classified international shipments into two zones. If your country is not in one of the two zones, we are unable to ship to your location currently. When going through the checkout process, please make sure to select the proper zone or your order will not be shipped. All shipments outside the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, import, and other fees. Any additional charges levied on shipments are the responsibility of the buyer, not 2nd Swing. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office. These fees are prepaid by FedEx upon clearing customs and the customer must reimburse FedEx when the shipment is delivered. Please note that all shipments outside the United States are subject to inspection by customs and border security authorities. All items will have a declared value for the price that it sells for. Also, the description of goods will be as the item is and will not be declared as a gift.
