The Ping Rapture Driving Iron might just be the perfect combination of a long iron and a hybrid. It’s got a much higher MOI than a long iron, which delivers incredible forgiveness, while the wider sole makes it as playable as a hybrid. At the same time, the Rapture driving iron’s 18° loft offers much less spin than a hybrid and a lower trajectory, while the flat, stainless steel face provides a level of workability well above that of a hybrid with a typical “bulge and roll” face.
