Who’s It For?

PING has been a leader in putter design and construction for decades, dating back to the original “Anser” design that has been replicated throughout the industry and remains super popular today. New at the end of 2022 is the PING 2023 putter series, which features 11 models and includes new materials and refined shaping to deliver consistent ball speeds and excellent feel. The Mundy model is a mallet putter that will work best for golfers with a straight arc in their putting strokes.

The Tech Story

The PING 2023 putters use a combination of premium materials and savvy construction methods to deliver consistent ball speeds, pleasing feel, and a clean appearance. The Mundy model features a lighter aluminum body paired with a 304 stainless steel sole plate to bring the center of gravity low and back, resulting in superb forgiveness. The PEBAX face insert with smooth milled surrounds provides a softer feel and consistent ball speeds, while three full-length, ball-width alignment lines draw the eye to the point of contact with the ball. The Mundy model features no toe hang and is best for golfers with a straight-back, straight-through putting stroke.
