This modified mallet style head, features two extended bumpers on the toe and heel. The extensions allow for added weight which will give the putter a perimeter weighted feel, as well as adding weight low and behind the head to generate a higher MOI, than a standard blade. The Metal –X roll technology gives this putter a more consistent and truer roll than a putter bearing a surlyn insert. The oval depressions allow for a better contact between the club face and the ball, because they are similar to the dimple pattern on a golf ball creating a lock between the two for added friction, resulting in more controlled and consistent rolls.
