The Odyssey Metal X #7 Putter is highly stable and very efficient putting machine. From Tour Players down to the “just getting started golfer” those who have taken putts whit this style head have found the needed accuracy on every green. This modified mallet style head, features two extended bumpers on the toe and heel. The extensions allow for added weight which will give the putter a perimeter weighted feel, as well as adding weight low and behind the head to generate a higher MOI, than a standard blade. The Metal –X roll technology gives this putter a more consistent and truer roll than a putter bearing a surlyn insert. The oval depressions allow for a better contact between the club face and the ball, because they are similar to the dimple pattern on a golf ball creating a lock between the two for added friction, resulting in more controlled and consistent rolls.
