Sahith Theegala has been one of the most prominent young stars on the PGA Tour over the last couple of years. However, that first win has eluded him. Still, though, an avid PGA Tour follower knew that first win was a matter of when, not if. Turns out, Theegala's time was this weekend at the Fortinet Championship. The former Pepperdine golfer fired rounds of 68, 64, 67, and 68 to finish 21-under-par for the week for his first career PGA Tour win. He held control of the tournament for most of the weekend, and fought of challengers during Sunday's final round.
