The Tech Story
The Big Bertha Fusion driver’s clubhead combines an aerospace-grade titanium Exo-Cage with an ultra-light triaxial carbon crown and sole. This greatly reduced the weight of the club and this extra weight was then shifted farther back and around the perimeter of the club. This weight change has made the Big Bertha Fusion one of Callaway’s most forgiving drivers ever. The driver’s head shape was also streamlined thanks to the company’s Speed Step technology. This tweak ensures that the Big Bertha Fusion will be just as long as it is forgiving. The new head shape is also equipped with the latest in acoustic engineering, which gives the player a new level of feedback after the strike.
