The Tech Story

TaylorMade’s Stealth HD (High Draw) Driver sports a number of innovations that make it one of the top draw-biased drivers in golf. With a new 60X Carbon Twist Face, the TaylorMade Stealth HD Driver’s clubface is 44% lighter than traditional titanium faces, increasing ball speeds and distance numbers dramatically. Those weight savings also allowed TaylorMade to shift the club’s Inertia Generator towards the heel, creating a draw bias without sacrificing MOI. Additionally, the Stealth HD’s clubface boasts a nanotexture cover that optimizes launch and spin numbers, no matter the playing conditions. Finally, the TaylorMade Stealth HD Driver’s Thru-Slot Speed Pocket design makes the driver extremely hot without sacrificing forgiveness, particularly on low face strikes.
