Tour Edge Hot Launch 4 Offset Driver
Who’s It For?
The Tour Edge HL4 Offset driver shares all of the same technology featured in the company’s HL4 driver, they are just located inside a clubhead with a slightly altered profile. Both options are designed to help golfers launch the ball into the air with ease and generate long, straight drives. The HL4 Offset driver, however, includes additional offset to help those who struggle with a slice. Mid- to high-handicap golfers who find themselves frequently hitting a slice or block will benefit most from the HL4 Offset driver.
The Tech Story
The Tour Edge HL4 driver features a new sloped crown design that creates a deep face with 12 percent more MOI than the company’s previous driver model. This directly translates to more stability and makes the driver far more forgiving. The HL4’s clubhead is forged from 6-4 Titanium and boasts a deeper cup face design and rounder head shape. This creates a clubhead that is capable of generating incredibly fast ball speeds. To help the golfer hit the ball even farther, the club also features a Power Channel, which runs down the sole and increases the clubface’s ability to flex at impact. The HL4 Offset includes additional offset to fight an unwanted slice and produce a draw trajectory bias.
