TaylorMade R11 Titanium Fairway Wood
Who’s It For?
The TaylorMade R11 Titanium Fairway Wood is designed for the golfer seeking to maximize distance, forgiveness, and easy launch. With its larger clubhead, lighter overall weight, and built-in draw-bias, this fairway wood is ideal for players who want to hit longer, higher shots and who may also need help correcting a tendency to slice the ball.
The Tech Story
The TaylorMade R11 Titanium Fairway Wood is engineered for maximum distance and forgiveness, featuring a larger 175cc head size (in the 3-wood) compared to its steel counterpart. It is built with a powerful draw-bias, achieved by positioning the Center of Gravity (CG) lower, deeper, and closer to the heel. This club offers extensive adjustability through both Flight Control Technology (FCT) for loft and the Adjustable Sole Plate (ASP) for face angle, which together allow golfers to dial in up to 60 yards of side-to-side trajectory change and ±500 RPM of backspin change. Further boosting distance is an aerodynamic shape that promotes faster head speed, coupled with the Fujikura Blur 60 shaft, which is 10g lighter than the steel model. The club is completed with a non-glare white crown and black clubface for easy alignment.
