The Tour Edge XLD Fairway Wood features a super-hot Carpenter Custom 455 stainless steel face that is cryogenically hardened for extreme strength and super thin walls. The forged face is as thin as 2.1mm, having it be milled to exacting tolerances. to generate the maximum rebound even on off-center hits. The very light 50-gram shaft is a 1/2" longer than the standard.
