Who’s It For?

XXIO has quickly created a solid market for itself by producing unique, premium, lightweight golf clubs. The XXIO Prime product line is even lighter to generate farther and straighter shots than previous XXIO releases. The XXIO Prime fairway woods offer many of the same innovations as the driver, including the Super-Tix Forged Titanium Cup Face and the high-toe, low-heel design, both of which promote easier launch and straighter shots. These fairway woods are built exclusively to generate more distance and forgiveness for low to moderate swing speeds.

The Tech Story

XXIO’s mission in creating the Prime series, specifically the fairway woods, was to help low or moderate swing speed golfers launch the ball in the air easier and with more ball speed. To achieve this, XXIO has implemented a low center of gravity with the help of a 27-gram weight towards the rear of the sole. The new Super Tix Plus Forged Titanium Cup Face is progressively thinner toward the edges, dramatically increasing ball speed and forgiveness on shots across the whole club face over past XXIO releases. Additionally, golfers who employ the XXIO Prime fairway woods will notice an increase in swing speed without a conscious change to the swing itself. This is because the Prime fairway wood shafts are a quarter of an inch longer, while the entire club weight is a gram lighter. The repositioned hosel has placed the shaft axis two millimeters closer to the face center, which helps golfers make solid contact and promote a draw trajectory.
