The RAZR XF hybrid was designed to be the most forgiving hybrid up to the date of its release from Callaway. The face is precisely designed to produce faster ball speeds across the entire face. Also the club is designed to have higher initial launches, specifically the club is designed to retain a high launch on shots struck low, thanks to the zero roll design. To keep forgiveness high, and to keep misses from going too far offline Callaway focused on inertia driven designs to keep missed shots, online. Also adding to the forgiveness are an oversized head and offset hosel.
