The Tech Story

The new 2021 X Forged CB irons from Callaway are designed to deliver an excellent combination of workability and forgiveness. The multi-material construction includes 1025 soft carbon steel for soft feel, while the tungsten weighting implemented both internally and externally provides extra stability and forgiveness. The external tungsten weighing is visible in the form of a weight plate on the clubhead that can be adjusted for precise swing weighting without sacrificing the center of gravity. The Tour Tuned Face Plate offers both distance and spin control. The tour-inspired shape helps better golfers with shot-making and trajectory control.
