Co-designed by Rickie Fowler and Cobra Golf, the King RF MB Copper Irons are some of the most striking blades ever produced by the manufacturer. The irons’ “RF” stamp and copper finish give them a distinct, eye-catching style. The King RF MB Copper Irons also come with Cobra Connect technology, which works with the Arccos Caddie smart device app to allow golfers to track their swing data. With a thin topline, lack of offset, and incredible workability, the King RF MB Copper Irons’ are ideal for low-handicap, highly-skilled ball-strikers.
The Tech Story
As mentioned, Cobra’s King RF MB Irons sport several features that make them distinct from the other players irons on the market. But, the appeal of the irons goes far beyond their beautiful aesthetics. Every King RF MB iron is forged five times from a block of 1025 carbon steel. Through this process, the irons develop the buttery feel expected from premier musclebacks. Cobra’s engineers also added a tungsten weight to the toe of the club to center the center of gravity directly behind the sweet spot. Not only does this move make the irons more precise, but it also makes them highly stable. While the King RF MB Irons were not designed with every golfer in mind, low-handicappers will appreciate the performance packed into the small, yet beautiful clubheads.
