The Tech Story
While the LH Miura Tournament Blade “Y” Grind is a pure muscleback, it is not without innovation, which makes this iron more playable than many offerings in its category. A longer hosel has been implemented in the design to promote stability by preventing the clubhead from twisting at impact, which results in straighter golf shots. Additionally, the toe profile has been modified and weight has been shifted slightly from the toe toward the heel to make it easier for players to square the clubface at impact. Each clubface also has been air sandblasted to create the optimal amount of friction to generate the spin needed to deliver consistent flight conditions, and the sole design of the LH Miura Tournament Blade “Y” Grind provides exceptional turf interaction time and again. Also of note, having been precision forged from soft, premium carbon steel, these irons will deliver the crisp acoustics and solid feel that Miura irons have long been known for.
