Nike VRS X Iron Set
The Nike VRS X irons are game-improvement irons designed to maximize ball speed and distance. Using NexCOR Technology the faces of the VRS X irons are ultra-thin and strong for a greater spring-like effect at impact for increased distance. The variable face thickness also expands the area of maximum COR for faster speeds across a larger portion of the face. The deep undercut design with Nike's PowerBow design moves the center of gravity low and deep for higher launch and a greater moment of inertia (MOI). The increased MOI helps prevent the club face from twisting offline when a shot is struck off-center, which means even those less than perfect shots still end up going long and straight.
