Tour Edge’s new EXS 220 series is all about lowering scores for golfers with a plethora of technological innovations that are implemented to improve ball speed and accuracy. There are two EXS 220 iron models, the standard EXS 220 irons and the EXS 220h irons. The EXO 220 irons are a more compact, traditional game-improvement iron design that will work for a wide range of players seeking more distance and forgiveness from their irons.

The Tech Story

Both of the EXS 220 iron models are designed with a hollow body construction that provides the ultimate in perimeter weighting and increases face flexing at impact. They also include SpiderWeb VFT technology located behind the clubface that acts as a web across the face, enhancing the sweet spot in every direction. Additionally, LaunchPad technology has also been implemented in both models, which consists of a TPE polymer coated with a special performance gel that absorbs shock and creates more spring effect. The Ramped Sole accentuates heel and toe relief for better interaction with the turf through any lie. The EXS 220 irons also have progressive blade lengths to provide optimal playability for each specific club in the set.
