The 2014 Scotty Cameron GoLo 5S putter is the straight-shafted version of the GoLo 5 and is built to provide you with the confidence to make a smooth stroke on the green. With a rounded profile, soft lines, and a slightly larger head than the GoLo 3 this putter is designed for a smooth stroke, soft feel, and forgiveness. Like all of the 2014 GoLo putters, the GoLo 5S is milled from 303 stainless steel with an aluminum sole plate. The lighter material in the sole allows a greater portion of the head’s weight to be distributed on the perimeter maximizing the mid-mallet’s moment of inertia (MOI). With this increased MOI the face will resist twisting, should the ball be struck off-center. This means your putts start on the correct line even when you don’t hit them perfectly. The adjustable weights in the sole allow you, or a certified fitter, to customize the heel-toe weighting to match your putting stroke.
