The Callaway X2 Hot Irons provide improved distance and forgiveness for players of many different abilities. Increased cavity stability yields a more forgiving feel, leading to greater shot consistency. This also allows for more flex in the lower region of the face at impact, effectively lowering the sweet spot to where most players strike their irons. The Center of Gravity was also moved lower and more forward. That, coupled with deeper undercuts, allows these irons to result in longer shots. Increased bounce was added to improve turf interaction.
