The Honma Beres IC-01 irons are built for control, especially for high swing speed players that need a little more stability in their swing. The heads of these irons have a square leading edge that helps with alignment and a low Center of Gravity that helps increase the initial launch angle. Tungsten weights added to the cast 3-7 irons increase Moment of Inertia to provide more stability at impact while the scoring irons have lighter tungsten weights placed to lower the CG for higher shots and are cast from a softer steel.
