The Mizuno MX-1000 irons were developed with a super high COR and MOI, to deliver extreme distance and forgiveness. Distance is achieved in the ES230 steel face welded to its stainless steel face. This process delivers COR numbers near the legal limit for maximum distance. Forgiveness is achieve through internal weighting expanding the sweet spot. With this high MOI the club will feel stable through the hitting zone on every shot. Through Hollow Technology, the construction of the club lets the CG sit low and deep in the club.
