The Tech Story

The new Srixon ZX7 MK II irons offer everything a skilled ball-striker would need in an iron, including tour-preferred aesthetics, pure feel from a single-piece forging, and a compact shape that offers complete control of the golf ball. Enhancing the feel is PureFrame, which is forged into the ZX7 MK II as an 80% thicker position of 1020 carbon steel right at the impact location. Meanwhile, for even more control, the ZX MK II irons feature progressive grooves. The 3-iron through 7-iron include wide grooves that are best for longer shots in all conditions, while the 8-iron through wedge have deeper, closer set grooves that offer more control and spin. And of course, all of the ZX MK II feature Srixon’s Tour VT Sole, a unique sole shaping that allows for clean turf interaction in any conditions or lie.
