How it Works (ONLINE ONLY)
Log in or create a 2ndswing.com profile to automatically enroll in our 2nd Swing Demo Program. Once enrolled, you can purchase any brand-new club from 2ndswing.com and you will have up to 60 days from the delivery date to determine if it has earned a spot in your bag. If you love it, keep it! If you choose to send it back to us for any reason, you will receive a 100% store credit that you can use towards a replacement, or any future purchase on 2nd Swing.com.
Faq
Is there a limit to how many clubs I can buy and return under the Demo Program?
Yes, each golfer is limited to three items per club category per year (i.e. Driver, Fairway, Irons, etc…)
Do I get the 100% store credit if the club is sent back in used condition?
Yes, golfers receive 100% 2ndswing.com credit as long as their club(s) meet our 9.0 Above Average Condition Rating. Credits are sent via email once the clubs have been received at our 2nd Swing returns facility.
How do I know if my club is still in above-average condition?
Please reference our Used Condition Guide.
What is the process to send my clubs back?
Login to your "My Account" on 2ndswing.com to access your recent orders to find the club you wish to return. Once you have found the order and specific club, select "Return" and follow the on-screen prompts to complete.
Do the 60 days begin from the order date or delivery date?
Delivery Date. Unfortunately, items are not eligible for return after 60 Days.
Do you have a Demo Program for Used Clubs?
No, only brand new club purchases are eligible for the 2nd Swing Demo Program, but check out our 30-Day Play Guarantee policy for all other golf club trade-ins!
