2ndswing.com Warranty Policy


All used clubs sold on 2ndSwing.com come with a 90-day limited warranty. If your club breaks, and is within our warranty window, please call us right away to assist you in beginning the warranty process. All warranty claim decisions are left to the sole discretion of 2nd Swing. In most cases, if the club didn't break under normal use or during the course of play then the item would not be covered. Please contact us with any issues or questions. We will inspect the club once it arrives back, and if covered under warranty we will either replace the club with the same or similar model or create a full store credit for the value of the item. 


Brand new clubs are often covered under a manufacturer warranty. If you are unsure if your item is under manufacturer warranty, please contact 2nd Swing. Claims for items still under Manufacturer Warranty are determined at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Please visit the manufacturer's website for information on their warranty policy.

  • Warranty Eligibility

All clubs purchased with 2nd Swing have a standard 90-day warranty to cover an item that is damaged through the normal course of play and pertains to failures or defects. Items deemed damaged in a manner that is not through the normal course of play, or are abused or misused are not covered under warranty. 

  • Manufacturer Warranty: Most manufacturers warranty clubs, if your item is still eligible under their warranty program, you may work directly with that manufacturer. Please contact 2nd Swing to check if your item is eligible for the manufacturer's warranty.
  • 2nd Swing 90-Day Warranty: Items past a manufacturer warranty are covered for the first 90 days from receipt of the product.
  • Fulfillment of Warranty

The damaged item must be registered as a Return Authorization and returned to 2nd Swing for inspection. Contact us to inquire if your item is eligible for warranty. If approved, 2nd Swing will send an exact replacement or create a credit for the sale amount of the item (promotions excluded) to be used on a different product. Warranty items are not eligible for a refund.

Return shipping within the lower 48 states is provided by 2nd Swing and must have a reference number provided by 2nd Swing to be included with the return. Warranties are returned via FedEx with a shipping label provided. International warranties can be returned to 2nd Swing at the customer's expense and must have a reference number provided by 2nd Swing to be included with the return.

  • Ineligible Warranties

Items found to be damaged in the following manner that are not covered by warranty include, but not limited to:

  • Abuse/Misuse
  • Shaft broken 8” or higher above the hosel
  • Items that have been altered or customized after purchase

Items to be returned to the customer are subject to a $15 return shipping charge
