New Ping G430 MAX Driver

Who’s It For?

PING has long been one of the most respected brands in golf, repetitively delivering products that deliver in forgiveness, stability, and consistency. New in 2023 from PING is the PING G430 series, the latest family at PING designed to provide golfers of all skill levels and swing speeds better consistency, more forgiveness, and higher ball speeds. The PING G430 Max driver is built to fit the widest range of players, featuring a high MOI and a neutral flight bias.

The Tech Story

The PING G430 drivers build on what PING has built over the years, which is a reputation for exceptional forgiveness and stability in drivers. Having found such success in the forgiveness category, PING invested more resources into increasing ball speed in the G430 drivers without sacrificing any of that forgiveness – and it worked. A shallower, thinner variable thickness forged face generates the fastest ball speeds ever from a PING driver series. Meanwhile, the G430 Max driver features Spinsistency, a technology first introduced in G425 fairways and hybrids, that subtly decreases loft low on the face to improve performance on low-face strikes. Each PING G430 driver also delivers vastly improved acoustics through a new internal ribbing structure and added curvature to the crown and skirt. The result is a pleasing impact experience in both feel and sound. The G430 Max also includes a CG shifter in the form of a 25-gram tungsten weight that can be adjusted into one of three positions (neutral, draw, and fade) to optimize launch, spin, and trajectory.
