The Tech Story
Beginning with the Grain Flow Forging process that every forged Mizuno iron undergoes at their iconic facility in Hiroshima, Japan, the Pro 241 features a soft copper underlay throughout the set that provides the satisfying Mizuno feel at impact. The long irons feature Mizuno’s tested Forged Chromoly while the short irons blend that Chromoly Forging with Forged 1025E Carbon Steel for ultimate precision and control. The long irons also feature a redesigned Micro-Slot to help increase launch and ball speed. A new wrap-around sold grind decreases the effective sole width allowing for better turf interaction. Combining that with its sleek look and the Pro 243 irons are the epitome of what a true muscle cavity iron should be.
