Who’s It For?

When Callaway introduced Triple Track technology on the ERC Soft and Chrome Soft X golf balls in 2019, it received overwhelmingly positive reviews, particularly about how the alignment system helped on the greens. In 2020, Odyssey is releasing a series of Triple Track putters that include the patented Triple Track alignment on the putter head to further improve accuracy on the greens. The Triple Track Ten model is a modern mallet with 24 degrees of toe hang, so it will work best for golfers with a slight or moderate arc in their putting strokes.

The Tech Story

The key feature with the Triple Track putter series is obviously the Triple Track alignment technology on the putter head of each model. Triple Track features three lines that are parallel to one another to help golfers line their putts up more accurately. The science behind Triple Track is called Vernier Hyper Acuity, which describes the process at which people are able to focus better on objects that perfectly aligned with one another. The presence of three parallel lines on the center of the clubhead that span the width of a golf ball triggers Vernier Hyper Acuity, and the result is more accurate alignment on every putt. The Triple Track putters also contain Stroke Lab technology, which is created by removing 40 grams of weight from the shaft and placing it in the head and grip to improve consistency. These putters also come with a Microhinge Star face insert, which generates a firm feel, pleasing sound, and true roll at impact. The Triple Track Ten is a modern mallet that provides exceptional stability through the putting stroke.
