Speed without sacrifice, that is what the PING G30 driver offers. This 460cc driver combines the forgiveness that made its predecessor, the G25, so popular and increased distance by reducing drag. This is accomplished by using PING's Turbulator Technology that promotes more efficient air flow around the clubhead during the swing, ultimately resulting in faster ball speeds. The Center of Gravity (CG) of the G30 driver is lower and farther from the face compared to the G25 driver to increase the Moment of Inertia for even more forgiveness. The stock TFC 419D shaft has a higher balance point that allows the head to be slightly heavier than previous G-series drivers, further increasing MOI and clubhead momentum for greater energy transfer at impact. The result: one of the most forgiving drivers PING has ever created for golfers that don't want to sacrifice distance off the tee.
